Jill Ashley-Jones MSc, BA, RN, RSCPHN, CMIOSH, CMIPD, MPSNLP is the Principle Consultant as well as Director of The Paradigm Collective Ltd.
She has held a variety of executive roles within the public and private health and social care sector at local, regional and national level.

Jill has led on the development and implementation of national programmes of work within health, social care and Occupational Health and Safety sectors as well as winning national and regional awards for innovative service redesign and delivery.

Her great interest is in Organisational and Management development and effecting positive cultural change within people and organisations.

With Advanced Performance Coaching qualifications as well as being an Accredited Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Jill is able to bring to your Organisation a new and exciting dimension.

An example of recent projects undertaken includes;

1. Applying LEAN/SIX SIGMA concepts to Policy Development including consultations with Trade Union staff representatives.

2. Assessing and redesigning a Regional Occupational Health and Safety Service.

3. Researching and creating new accreditation/performance measures for a national service.

4. Coaching aspiring Executives to new more senior positions.
